Fatal Texas tow truck crash claims life of infant boy

An infant’s life has sadly been snuffed out in a tragic motor vehicle collision involving a truck that was towing a car in Texas. Now, the baby’s surviving family members are left to grieve over his death. The two truck driver who is believed to have caused the accident is now facing a criminal charge in connection with the crash. 

How the accident occurred 

The recent Texas accident took place on a recent Sunday. According to authorities, a man, a woman and an infant son were waiting at a stoplight that had turned red. All of a sudden, the tow truck driver allegedly struck their car from behind. The impact of the collision reportedly sent all of the automobiles across the street intersection, after which they all ended up in a ditch. 

The woman and the baby in the car suffered injuries in the crash. However, the baby passed away form his injuries at the hospital. No one else appeared to be injured in the wreck. Police said the truck driver caused the accident due to speeding, so he now faces a charge of manslaughter in light of the baby’s death.

The family members of the infant who died in the Texas crash may opt to file a wrongful death claim against the tow truck driver, seeking the reimbursement of financial damages.
